Added 200GB WD drive (RMA replacement)

Added the whole drive to a LVM volume group. See lvm notes on Donn Lee blog.

Changed subdir for mythtv recordings:
a. Stopped mythfrontend and mythbackend.
b. Ran 'mythtv-setup'.
