Installed new P4 CPU Heatsink & Fan in FE

Nexus PHT-7750 SkiveTek full-copper heatsink for Socket 775. Has 4-wire PWM controlled fan (800-2600 rpm). For quiet PC.

- Removed old P4 heatsink and fan (came with cpu).
- Scraped off old thermal material (similar to grey parafin wax) with edge of an old credit card.
- Cleaned off old material residue with several "Chamois swabs" (synthetic suede) and 91% isopropyl alcohol.
- Cleaned bottom of PHT-7750 with chamois swab & alcohol.
- Followed Artic Silver instructions for socket 775 installation. Put very tiny dot of Artic Silver 3 on top of the heat spreader (top of cpu package), then installed PHT-7750.

*** Had to go into mobo bios and set cpu fan control to PWM (pulse width modulator) and lowest fan ratio (60%). Set target temperature somewhat high so fan will run slower (69C).
