Restoring missing program listings

* Checked that zap2it subscription was not expired.
* Looked at lineup details and saw all the DT stations were missing.
* Deleted the orig lineup.
* Added new Broadcast lineup for my zip code
* Selected DT stations I want program listings/data for.
